Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
Only from the event page on this site, with the Buy tickets button: sales are run by TicketSMS. Your ticket arrives by SMS and email with a QR code to show at the door from your phone. Beware of anyone selling elsewhere.
Will there be tickets at the door?
Yes, as long as the event isn't announced Sold Out. They cost more than the last online release: buying early always pays.
How many releases are there?
Usually Early Bird, General Admission and Final Release. Prices rise as each release sells out: newsletter subscribers are the first to know when the first one drops.
I can't find my ticket. What do I do?
Check your SMS and the spam folder of the email used at checkout. You can retrieve it any time from the My tickets area on TicketSMS with your phone number. Still nothing? Write to TicketSMS support with your order number.
Can I change the name or transfer my ticket?
It depends on the TicketSMS rules for each event, shown at checkout. Small typos are not a problem at the door.
Can I ask for a refund?
Not being able to attend does not entitle you to a refund: tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. In that case refunds follow TicketSMS rules and we notify you by email and on our channels.
I bought from an unofficial seller and the ticket is fake.
We cannot guarantee tickets bought outside official channels and we won't be able to let you in. We are against resale: buy only from the site.
Entry
What time does it start and end?
Times are on each event page and on your ticket. Club nights usually run from 11:30 PM to 4:30 or 6 AM, open airs from the afternoon. Times may change.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, 18. A valid photo ID is required at the door: without it, staff cannot let you in.
Can I leave and re-enter?
No, re-entry is not allowed. If you leave and want to come back in, you need a new ticket.
Are there checks at the entrance?
Yes. Security staff may carry out checks under current regulations. Dangerous items, glass or metal containers, drugs and anything illegal will not get in.
Can I bring a camera or video camera?
Your phone, always. DSLRs, video cameras and professional gear only if authorised by us: write to us first.
Can I bring my dog?
We'd love to, but no: animals are not allowed.
At the night
Is there a dress code?
No. Come as you like, with respect for yourself and others.
Can I book a table?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp +39 347 402 8706, or message @bc4c__ on Instagram. Bookings are valid after our written confirmation; any minimum spend is told upfront.
How do guest lists and reduced entry work?
Lists are valid until the stated time and do not guarantee entry once capacity is reached: come early. You'll find them on our channels when they open.
I lost something. What do I do?
Ask the staff before leaving. In the following days write to bc4c.official@gmail.com with a description: we collect everything we find and keep it for a month.
What if it rains (open air)?
Safety comes first. Only in extreme weather, assessed with the authorities, can the event be postponed or cancelled: in that case we tell you right away what happens to tickets.

How do you run the night?
Our mission is a safe, welcoming and respectful night. We do not tolerate violence or discrimination on grounds of birth, origin, sex, religion, opinion, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal condition. Fun and respect go together: if something is wrong, find the staff, we're there for you.
Do you take photos and videos?
Yes, to tell the nights on our channels. By attending you agree that you may appear in the content; if you want to be removed from a photo or video write to bc4c.official@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
