Tickets
Tickets for BC4C events are sold through TicketSMS (TicketSms S.r.l.). Purchases are governed by TicketSMS's terms of sale, accepted at checkout. Tickets are named or bearer tickets as stated for each event.
Admission
Admission is restricted to people aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated. The organisation may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving dangerously or offensively, without refund. Security checks may be carried out at the entrance.
Changes and cancellations
Line ups, times and venues may change for organisational reasons or force majeure; this does not entitle to a refund unless the event is cancelled. Refunds for cancelled events follow TicketSMS rules.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos may be taken during events for BC4C communication. By attending you agree that you may appear in such content. For removal requests write to bc4c.official@gmail.com.
Tables and guest lists
Table bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp at +39 347 402 8706 and are valid only after our written confirmation; any minimum spend is communicated at booking. Guest lists (free or reduced entry) are valid until the stated time and do not guarantee entry once capacity is reached.
Refunds
Ticket refunds are handled exclusively by TicketSMS under its terms. Presale and service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Governing law
Italian law. Courts of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
